Due to our unique three-stage turnkey warehouse service, our expert engineering team can handle every aspect of your warehouse fit out services.
This means we can take care of site management, oversee construction and installations, and integrate cutting edge warehouse automation solutions, such as conveyors, robotics, and picking systems.

PHASE ONE: PROJECT SET UP & SCOPE
Any project begins with a thorough set up process to ensure a smooth transition from concept to delivery.
If you’ve already been through the Strategy phase with us, we’ll have all of this information to hand, otherwise we will scope the full project to gain as much information as possible.

Our engineering team will then develop the following:
- A complete, comprehensive project management plan
- Work breakdown structure
- Detailed project schedule of works
- Acquistion of all necessary resources
- Risk management strategy
A project kick-off meeting is then scheduled to ensure that everyone is on the same page so that any potential challenges can be analysed and mitigated where possible.
PHASE TWO: PROJECT SPECIFICATION
In Phase Two, we focus on the details of the warehouse fit out.
This means our engineering team will:
- Develop specific equipment requirements
- Work with suppliers and partners to ensure our standards are met
- Update designs to ensure alignment with your operational goals.

We can then conduct a thorough design and specification review to sign off the final design and ensure all aspects of quality management are in place in preparation for the next phase.
PHASE THREE: ENGINEERING, PURCHASING & PRODUCTION
Here we focus on refining and finalising the design of your new system, which means coordinating the purchasing and production of all the necessary equipment.
We work alongside a range of technical partners, which means our engineers carefully monitor the production process and conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) on all equipment and components.
PHASE FOUR: INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
Once all the necessary equipment arrives on your site, we perform a full inspection to ensure it meets our quality and safety standards.
Our teams can then move forward with the installation, which differs between projects, but may include:
- Structural work
- Automation integration
- Mezzanine erection
- Racking installation
- Mechanical and electrical evaluation (M&E)
- Office build and fit out
- LV power distribution, lighting, and small power
- HVAC, fire alarms, and building controls
- Gas connections and heaters
- Sprinkler systems, including water tanks and mains connections

Whatever your operation requires, we will oversee every minute detail to ensure that everything is installed to our specifications for both safety and efficiency.
After installation, we commission the equipment, making sure it’s fully operational and ready for use.
During this stage, we also gather final documentation and test each part of the system to confirm that everything is functioning as planned before we move forward.
Many of our customers then choose to open a Support contract with us, although this is by no means a requirement, to help them with the ongoing automation support.
