Newsletter: Our Year in Review – 2025

WHAT HAS THE TEAM BEEN UP TO?

As we enter 2026, we’re taking a moment to reflect on an incredible year at Milestone Projects.

2025 brought strong growth, exciting steps forward, and plenty of reasons to celebrate. From award winning projects to new business opportunities, it’s been a year of real progress and shared success.

Join us as we revisit the moments that made 2025 such a memorable year.

PROJECT HANDOVER

January marked an important step with the successful handover of the CDW project from the Realisation Team to our dedicated Support Team. This transition ensures our client continues to receive a high standard of service, with onsite support providing ongoing maintenance, training, and performance monitoring.

The systems are now fully in the hands of our Resident Maintenance Engineers, who focus on optimising system reliability, proactively addressing potential challenges, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

At Milestone Projects, delivery doesn’t stop at implementation, we remain committed to supporting our clients for long-term success.

ONGOING SUPPORT

After the project was handed over to our Support Team, three specialist Resident Maintenance Technicians were permanently stationed on site.

They are responsible for providing continuous and preventative maintenance, ongoing operational support, and proactive performance monitoring to ensure optimal performance, long-term reliability, and efficient operation at all times.

HAI ROBOTICS PARTNERSHIP

Successfully delivered in 2025, the CDW project strengthened our partnership with Hai Robotics, who installed a 16,000-tote Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) on our client’s site.

The collaboration was further reinforced through our participation in the Hai Robotics Partner Summit, recognition of our project with a nomination at the Warehouse Initiative Awards, a comprehensive case study of the project, and on-site training provided by Hai Robotics for our Resident Maintenance Technicians.

PARTNERSHIPS, MEETINGS & ENGAGEMENTS

BABY CELEBRATIONS

We had the pleasure of presenting baby gifts to the members of staff who welcomed their little ones in December.

With not one, but two new additions to the Milestone team, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate this exciting time and show our support.

It was a simple yet meaningful gesture from the team to offer our congratulations and wish the new parents all the very best as they welcome the latest additions to their families.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

At Milestone, we are committed to continual learning and professional development, recognising that our people are central to our success.

Throughout 2025, team members across all departments have had opportunities to develop their skills in their current roles, take on new responsibilities, and explore areas of learning they might not otherwise have had access to.

These opportunities have supported individual growth while strengthening our teams and the organisation as a whole.

CHRISTMAS

As 2025 came to a close, we took time to celebrate the year and the team’s achievements. Our Christmas Party brought the team together at The Flavour Trailer, where everyone enjoyed great food and drinks in a relaxed setting. It was an excellent opportunity to catch up, share a few laughs, and reflect on a busy and successful year. The evening marked a fitting end to 2025 and a chance to look ahead to 2026.

Back in the office, we added festive decorations that stayed true to our brand, featuring our signature blue and orange theme. Even during the busy run-up to Christmas, taking time to celebrate together highlighted the dedication and hard work of our teams throughout the year.

CONCLUSION

Looking back on 2025, it’s been a strong year for Milestone Projects. We’ve delivered successful projects, strengthened key partnerships, and received industry recognition through awards. These results reflect the commitment and capability of our teams and their focus on achieving quality outcomes for our clients.

Alongside project delivery, we’ve continued to invest in our people. Through training and development, welcoming new team members, and taking time to come together, including our Christmas catch-up, we’ve focused on building a supportive and collaborative workplace.

As we move into 2026, we’re keen to build on this momentum. With projects already underway, ongoing industry involvement, and a continued focus on innovation and professional development, we’re well placed to deliver strong results for our clients while supporting the growth of our teams.
