Q3 at a Glance: Technology, Talent & Triumphs

Welcome to our latest quarterly update!

This edition highlights some of the exciting projects, partnerships, and industry events that have defined a busy and successful few months for our team.

From marketing collaborations to award recognition, international business trips, and initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture, we’re thrilled to share the stories behind the third quarter of 2025.

HAI ROBOTICS CASE STUDY

In partnership with Hai Robotics, we delivered Europe’s tallest Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) at our client, CDW UK’s Logistics and Technology Centre in 2024.

The 12-metre High-Density HaiPick System provides:

• 16,000 storage locations across just 600 sqm
• 300 totes/hour throughput
• 99%+ picking accuracy

We collaborated with our partners at Hai Robotics to release a full case study on this project, which you can find here. You can also check out our lengthier case study here.

INNOVO GLOBAL RECRUITMENT PARTNERSHIP

This quarter we announced our exclusive recruitment partnership with Innovo Global Talent, helping us attract and recruit exceptional professionals who share our values and vision for the future.

Finding the right people has never been more important, and this collaboration is a key step in continuing to build a strong, diverse, and talented team to forward our ambitious goals.

With Innovo’s support, we’ll be able to engage the best talent, foster growth, and continue shaping a workplace where people can truly thrive.

WOMEN IN LOGISTICS X LOADHOG

In September, some of our team attended the Women in Logistics event hosted by LOADHOG at their Sheffield HQ.

Our COO Tahnee Treadwell also had the opportunity to join a panel on sustainability solutions in logistics with other key experts, sparking important conversations on making our industry more sustainable.

Events like this are vital in promoting sustainability, inclusion, and diversity across logistics, helping to build a stronger, more representative industry.

Thanks to Women in Logistics UK and Loadhog for hosting and creating space for these important discussions

INDUSTRY EVENTS

The team had a busy and rewarding day at this years IMHX event at the NEC in Birmingham. It was great to catch up with key partners, including Interroll Group, Hai Robotics, Geek+, Loadhog, and Innovo Global Talent.

IMHX continues to showcase how technology is transforming logistics and warehousing, from robotics and automation to smarter, more efficient software.

It’s always great to see so much innovation driving the industry forward at events like these.

SUPPLY CHAIN EXCELLENCE

We’re thrilled to have been shortlisted for this year’s Supply Chain Excellence Awards, a huge achievement for such a young business.

In the Warehouse Initiative Award category, we’re competing with some of the biggest names in the logistics industry, who have been working on projects for well-known household names like John Lewis and Marks & Spencer.

We’re also proud to be listed alongside our client CDW UK, highlighting the power of strong partnerships.

This recognition celebrates the hard work and innovation our team brought to the project each and every day.

Roll on awards night in November!

TEAM PHOTOSHOOT

In August, we welcomed back Nick Freeman Photography to the office to update headshots for our newest team members and to capture some candid shots of the team in action.

It’s always rewarding to celebrate the people behind the work and showcase our collaborative culture, which is a vital cornerstone of our approach.

A big thank you to Nick for spending the morning with us!

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRAVEL

Throughout Q3, our team has been busy meeting partners, potential customers, and suppliers all over the world.

Our Sales Manager Tim Wenman met with KENGIC Intelligent Technology in Düsseldorf, Germany to discuss deploying and maintaining some of their innovative solutions in the UK.

Tim also visited Movu Robotics in Belgium, touring their facilities and experiencing demos of their latest robotic technologies.

During a whistlestop tour across Asia, CEO Jared Storey met with numerous partners and suppliers to explore automation trends, operational strengths, and market opportunities.

AWARD WIN

What a day we had at the 2025 UKWA Awards for Excellence back in July.

Held at the stunning Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, we were honoured to be nominated for two awards:

– Technical Innovation Project (Hardware)
– Excellence in Value Added Services

We were thrilled to have received a Highly Commended Award for Excellence in Value Added Services.

A huge thank you to the UK Warehousing Association for organising such a great event, which included brilliant hosting by Robert Rinder, amazing food, and a real buzz celebrating the industry.

OFFICE FIT OUT

Our brand-new office space was completed in this quarter.

The last updates included:

– Exterior signage

– Project photos installed

– Car park refresh

No detail was too small as we put the finishing touches in place for our staff, clients, and visitors to enjoy.
